Head Teacher Testimonial

Pupils have recently taken part in ‘Teamability’ workshops aimed at promoting inclusivity in everyday life. The sessions provided hands-on experiences and practical knowledge, helping students understand the challenges faced by people with different abilities and how to create a more inclusive environment for all.

The experience was eye-opening and empowering, encouraging empathy, awareness, and a proactive approach to inclusivity. We are incredibly proud of all our pupils for their enthusiasm and commitment to building a more understanding and inclusive community. Thank you to Becky and Abi from Teamability!"

Workshop Testimonial

"We’ve had the best two days!! Teamability delivered an amazing workshop that had every child fully engaged from start to finish. The activities were fun, interactive, and meaningful. One of the highlights was learning sign language, it was a fantastic way to promote inclusive communication and help the children to build awareness of different ways people connect.

Throughout the workshop, the children also explored the challenges that disabled people may face in everyday life. The workshop delivered powerful lessons about empathy, inclusivity and the importance of making sure everyone feels welcomed and supported."
