At 'No man is an island' - our teambuilding workshops aim to get the best from people through people. At Our theoretical foundation is based on Kolb's experiential learning cycle of 'do', 'reflect', 'conclude' and 'plan'. Research shows that review of the learning process is the most important and valuable part of any learning activity. Extensive primary research conducted by Our philosophy We believe in fostering learning which is relaxed, informal and fun, where real learning can take place in a non-threatening environment. Our recent Masters degree research confirms the appropriateness of the Kolb experiential learning cycle as our main theoretical base; ( act, reflect, conclude and plan) Other theories drawn on may include models such as action-centred and situational leadership, team role theory, and models of effective communication, conflict handling, and problem-solving.
